Norridgewock Historical Society Facts

Collections:
The Norridgewock Historical Society Museum contains a Victorian parlor, turn of the century kitchen, music room/library, school room, and exhibit rooms that display materials from local artists, Indian crafts and antique clothing. The building also houses the archival records as well as other artifacts of note.

Facilities:
Originally an all female academy upon its construction in 1838, the building then reopened as the coed Eaton School after the Civil War. It was made into a private residence around the turn of the century and remained so until 1995, when it was made available to the Norridgewock Historical Society.
